Responsibilities: \*We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machine
Operator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for
individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior machine
operation experience is required-we provide training. \*As a machine
operator in a job shop environment, you will work with a variety of
parts, prints, and setups, supporting daily production while maintaining
quality and safety standards. \*Operate CNC and/or manual machines under
supervision, according to work instructions and job travelers. \*Load
and unload parts and raw materials into machines. \*Follow work
instructions, routers, and basic blueprints. \*Perform basic part
inspection using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
\*Deburr, clean, and mark parts as required. \*Monitor machine operation
and report issues to supervisors. \*Maintain a clean and organized work
area. \*Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Qualifications: \* High school diploma or GED preferred \* Mechanical
aptitude and willingness to learn \* Ability to read basic measurements
and instructions \* Attention to detail and quality \* Dependable,
punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment \* Ability to
stand for extended periods Preferred (Not Required): \* Previous
manufacturing or shop experience \* Basic knowledge of measuring tools
