Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord NC, for a Property Assistant. The Property Assistant will support overall property management operations, interact with residents to provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, assist with lease administration, and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining property records, addressing resident inquiries, and supporting the property management team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with residents and resolving inquiries effectively
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration processes
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including record-keeping and organization
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred
