Job Title: Parts and Service Sales Representative
Peak ATSR is looking for a reliable and talented Parts and Service Sales Representative that will be responsible for managing customer relationships, including selling our Parts and Service capabilities. Sales will be focused on trailer parts and service. This role helps us build a solid connection with national account customers while helping to grow our business footprint, and providing customers a resource to maximize their equipment’s value. The candidate will have the ability to build long-term relationships with current and potential ATSR customers. A highly organized and driven individual will excel in this role. Customer service skills and a solid ability to sell a value proposition will be the recipe for success!
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a positive working relationship with all current customers, with the ability to sell service and parts to all customers.
- Initiate calls on a daily basis to current and new customers. Cold-calls are required.
- Improve customer experience and business performance through product knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Maintain a daily and weekly customer contact list of actions through CRM and Internal Resources
- Meet monthly sales goals by Branch by partnering with Service and Parts Teams
- Travel throughout assigned territory. This is an outside sales position.
- Work with the service and parts departments to ensure they are executing on commitments to customers.
- Provide weekly status updates to Regional Director on successes and challenges being faced.
Requirements:
- Candidates outside the Transportation industry may be considered, but parts or sales experience is required. Trailer experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and ability to learn Thermo King/ATSR corporate computer programs.
- Must be willing to spend no less than 75% of their time working directly with customers in the field building relationships.
- Must be highly goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Overnight travel required. 20-30% travel.

- Base salary of 40 to 85K depending on experience and desired comp structure. Structure could include a commission component.
