Job Title: Parts Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Ship and receive parts for retail customers and other Thermo King Branches
- Cycle count inventory in our parts warehouse
- Manage warehouse inventory and control movement of parts though our business management system
- Warehouse organization
- Pull parts and fulfill orders
- Load and unload trucks with forklift
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with their needs
Requirements:
- Safety focus – towards self and coworkers
- Professional look and behavior
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Familiarity with Excel, and other Microsoft Office software not required but beneficial
