Peak Exteriors is seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team full time. We specialize in high-quality exterior construction projects including siding, framing, roof repairs, remodeling, and custom exterior finishes throughout the Pacific Northwest. Duties
- Perform a wide range of carpentry and exterior construction tasks including siding installation, framing, trim work, roof repairs, and remodeling
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project specifications accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with demolition, material handling, layout, and job site preparation
- Install exterior finishes with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete projects on schedule
- Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently in the field
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of carpentry or construction experience required
- Proven experience in siding, framing, roof repairs, remodeling, or exterior construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction when needed
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
