We are a growing, multi-location clinic seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Audiology Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to support our audiology team and help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to play a key role in improving patients’ quality of life through better hearing. This position will support audiologists and HIS in all four office locations, with travel expected between the Broomfield, Denver and Golden offices.
Role Description
- Serve as a key point of contact between audiologists and patients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
- Coordinate and schedule hearing aid fittings, follow-ups, and repair appointments
- Provide basic hearing aid troubleshooting over the phone and guide patients to next steps
- Work with third-party vendors to verify benefits and assist with insurance documentation, including appeals when needed
- Manage and track audiology inventory and diagnostic supplies across multiple clinic locations
- Assist with incoming/outgoing audiology shipments and device logistics
- Maintain accurate patient records, including scanning and organizing documentation within the EMR
- Support front desk operations as needed to ensure seamless clinic flow
