Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Englewood, CO. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to enhance team efficiency and project delivery. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, data entry, document preparation, assisting in project coordination, and maintaining records. Additional duties include handling communications, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with general office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Experience with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to handle professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in or knowledge of the construction or federal contracting industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field is preferred but not required.
