Your Role
- Patient Check-In/Out Greet patients warmly, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
- Payment & Insurance Processing Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Scheduling & Coordination Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Treatment Plan Assistance Work alongside dentists to review treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options.
- Phone & Office Support Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Dental Patient Coordinator Experience - At least two years is required
- Strong Customer Service Skills - Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
- Reliable & Organized - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Insurance Knowledge - Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections
- Tech-Savvy - Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus)
- Excellent Communication - Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions
- Ability to Travel Between Offices - Reliable transportation required
