Colorado Endodontic Group is a dynamic specialty practice located in Colorado Springs. We are seeking an experienced Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team full-time, Mondays-Thursdays. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled endodontist that is outgoing and personable. We are a fast paced office with a great team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant and be familiar with Endodontic treatment and therapies. Compensation $23-27/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities
- Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
- Assist the endodontist during procedures including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies
- Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently between patients
- Take and process digital radiographs, including PA and CBCT scans as needed
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Provide chairside support using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Monitor patient comfort and provide reassurance throughout procedures
- Accurately chart treatments and document clinical notes
- Assist with patient scheduling, post-op instructions, and follow-up care
- 1-2 years of previous dental assisting experience required; endodontic experience preferred
- Knowledge of endodontic procedures and instruments is a strong plus
- X-ray certification (as required by state)
- Active CPR Certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialty environment
