Schedule
- Monday-Thursday 745am-5pm
- Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
- Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
- 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
