Dental Assistant or EDDA

Windsor Family Dentistry is a general dentistry clinic seeking a warm and outgoing Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time. Schedule Full time, Tuesday through Thursday 745am-515pm, Friday 745am-315pm.

Rate $24-$30/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the office and prepare them for treatment to ensure their comfort
• Sterilize and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Assist the dentist chairside
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep operatories clean and well-stocked
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Take impressions, fabricate temp crowns and seat crowns
• Pleasant, professional chairside manner
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• EDDA certification is preferred but is not required
• Experience in General Dentistry
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• High school diploma; graduation from a dental assistant school is preferred
• Denticon experience is a plus but not required
