What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant position at Peak Chiropractic?
We are excited to offer an employment opportunity to an outgoing, energetic individual in our chiropractic office located in North Plains! Main responsibilities include running a front desk, collecting payments and scheduling, assisting the doctor with documentation, routing patients, working in rehabilitation therapy with patients under doctor prescribed plans. Physical strength, stamina, and ability to assist a patient is required. Customer service and medical experience is helpful. Wage based upon experience. On the job training will be provided.
As a member of our staff, your day to day work will always be enjoyable and exciting! Some duties will include:
- Receiving patients and routing to care
- Collecting payments and scheduling
- Assisting the doctor with patient care
- Documentation for treatment rendered by doctor
- Processing medical records
- Answering phone calls
- Sanitizing patient rooms
- Greeting and servicing patients
- Keeping accurate patient notes
- Patient scheduling
- Cleaning duties
An Oregon Chiropractic Assistant license is a plus, but not required. We will provide all necessary training on the job!
