Hair Replacement Technician/Stylist

Are you a professional, creative stylist who loves working with women and men's hair and is looking for a new and rewarding career opportunity?

We are a busy hair replacement and retail wig salon with a loyal clientele and a welcoming work environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring stylist to join our growing team.

If you're looking for a change from the typical salon environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Previous hair replacement experience is a plus but not required. Paid training will be provided to the right candidate to help you develop the specialized skills needed with non-medical hair replacement services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, with an emphasis on women and men's hairstyles and hair replacement solutions.
• Learn to work with wigs, hairpieces, and hair replacement solutions for women and men experiencing different types of hair loss.
• Help clients find personalized solutions that meet their styling needs and preferences.
• Deliver compassionate, discreet, and professional service to our loyal clientele.
• Up to 15% of time can be dedicated to front desk/scheduling support as you build additional clientele.
• Contribute to a friendly, supportive, and professional salon environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida cosmetology or barber license required.
• Experience in hair coloring, cutting, and styling men's and women's hair.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
• A mature, caring, and professional disposition.
• Willingness to learn specialized hair replacement techniques.
• Previous hair replacement experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Non-smokers only.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: $47,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Bonus and Commissions offered.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Sunday and Monday: Closed

Locations: Brandon (3 days a week) and Tampa (2 days a week).
