Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute revenue-generating sales strategies across all properties to achieve company growth objectives.
- Stabilize and grow venue sales performance through proactive leadership, forecasting, pipeline oversight, and operational alignment.
- Partner closely with operations leadership to improve venue efficiency, execution standards, staffing models, and profitability.
- Drive accountability across venue leadership teams through KPI management, performance reviews, coaching, and operational follow-through.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to improve consistency and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
- Analyze venue-level data, booking trends, labor performance, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and regional expansion efforts tied to the portfolio.
- Ensure all venues maintain exceptional hospitality standards, operational execution, and brand representation.
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and solution-oriented leadership across all markets.
- 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality, venue management, catering, events, entertainment, or multi-location operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region operations with direct revenue responsibility.
- Strong background in sales leadership, operational management, and team accountability.
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and driving measurable business results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing leadership teams.
