Peak Asset Lending is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to become a part of our Team! Candidates should be experienced Residential Investment Loan Officers. Experience with DSCR loans, non-recourse loans, foreign national loans, rehab loans, new construction loans is preferred.
Brokers with an established book of business are welcomed to apply and will be able to preserve their existing book of business, while gaining additional opportunity and a platform for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Origination & Client Management
- Support and nurture an existing pipeline of investors seeking financing for single‐family, multifamily, rehab, and ground up construction residential investment properties.
- Conduct detailed borrower consultations to assess goals, investment strategies, and loan eligibility.
- Guide clients through the quote and application process ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Build long‐term relationships with real estate investors, agents, builders, and referral partners.
Loan Structuring & Analysis
- Analyze deal details, rental income, and property cash flow to determine appropriate loan products.
- Structure loans for DSCR, rehab, ground up construction, and non‐recourse programs based on borrower needs.
- Provide strategic financing recommendations to help clients optimize leverage, cash flow, and long‐term returns.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all loan quotes and applications meet outlined requirements and underwriting standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation throughout the loan application process.
- Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams as needed.
Business Development
- Stay current on market trends, lending guidelines, and investment‐focused loan products.
- Represent the company professionally in the real estate investment community.
Communication & Coordination
- Provide timely updates to borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams throughout the loan application process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on investor needs and repeat business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residential investment mortgage lending experience.
- Understanding of investment property analysis and DSCR calculations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be personable and a team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Software Requirements:

- Microsoft Excel: Above Average skills
- Word Processing: Intermediate skills
- HubSpot: experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Base Salary plus opportunity for Bonus
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
