Do you love working with children and helping them strengthen the academic and life skills that prepare them for long-term success? We are seeking warm, reliable educators to provide in-home academic support for students in Grades 3–5 across the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley areas. Our whole-child approach focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on developing confidence, curiosity, and independence.
This part-time role is ideal for experienced elementary educators who enjoy creating meaningful connections with students and families. Hours will build gradually based on your availability and client needs, typically ranging from 5–10 hours per week during after-school and early evening hours.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 in-home support in reading comprehension, writing, and math foundations
- Use hands-on, engaging strategies to make learning meaningful and age-appropriate
- Strengthen study habits, organization, and executive function skills (e.g., planning, time management, task completion)
- Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning
- Collaborate with parents to reinforce consistent routines and strategies at home
- Communicate regularly with families about student growth and goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or Elementary Education emphasis preferred)
- AZ teacher certification
- Teaching experience with Grades 3–5
- Strong understanding of upper elementary literacy and math development
- Ability to create a supportive, motivating learning environment
- Training in executive function or self-regulation strategies is a plus
- Whole-child, student-centered mindset
- Strong communication skills and family partnership approach
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Valid fingerprint clearance card (or willingness to obtain)
