About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the quality, consistency, and scalability of multilingual content across all business communications, products, and customer-facing materials. You will ensure that language services are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with business goals.
This is a leadership position where you will manage language service operations, coordinate with internal teams and external linguists, and build efficient workflows that support high-quality multilingual delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Language Services Strategy
Develop and manage overall language services and localization strategy
Ensure consistency and quality across multilingual content and communications
Translation & Localization Management
Oversee translation workflows for documents, digital content, and product materials
Manage localization processes to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy
Vendor & Linguist Management
Coordinate with external translation vendors, freelancers, and language specialists
Maintain quality standards and performance expectations for all language partners
Quality Assurance & Standards
Establish and enforce linguistic quality assurance guidelines
Review and approve translated content for accuracy, tone, and consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams
Support global communication needs and multilingual content development
Process Improvement
Optimize language service workflows for efficiency and scalability
Implement tools and systems for translation management and localization tracking
What We Are Looking For
Experience
5–8 years in translation, localization, or language services management
Experience in a leadership or senior coordination role preferred
Technical & Operational Skills
Strong understanding of translation workflows and localization processes
Experience with translation management systems (TMS) or similar tools
Familiarity with content management systems and multilingual content operations
Leadership & Communication
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Mindset
Quality-focused with strong attention to linguistic accuracy
Process-driven with ability to improve and scale operations
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Pay: $12,300.00 - $17,500.00 per month
