About the Role:

Ontario, California is a diverse, multilingual region where clear and accurate communication is essential across industries, services, and communities. At LingoFacto Language Services, we specialize in delivering high-quality language services that ensure translation, interpretation, and localization are accurate, culturally appropriate, and operationally efficient.

We are looking for a Senior Language Services Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our language operations. This is more than a coordination role—you will define how language services are structured, delivered, and improved across multiple teams and vendors. You will lead operational workflows, ensure quality standards, and act as the key link between linguists, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You are the person who ensures every message is delivered clearly, accurately, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Language Services Operations Management:

Oversee end-to-end translation, interpretation, and localization workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of multilingual content.

Quality Assurance & Standards:

Define and enforce linguistic quality standards, ensuring all outputs meet accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance requirements.

Vendor & Linguist Coordination:

Manage relationships with freelance linguists, translators, interpreters, and external language service providers to ensure reliable delivery and performance.

Project Planning & Workflow Management:

Coordinate multiple language projects simultaneously, assigning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Process Optimization:

Identify inefficiencies in language workflows and implement improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and consistency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to understand multilingual communication needs and ensure language services align with organizational goals.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, quality scores, and service efficiency, and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

5 years of experience in language services, translation management, localization operations, or multilingual project coordination, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Operational Expertise:

Strong understanding of translation workflows, localization processes, and interpretation service management.

Leadership Ability:

Experience managing vendors, linguists, or cross-functional service teams in a structured operational environment.

Organizational Strength:

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and clearly communicate requirements.

Mindset:

You are structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven. You understand how to balance efficiency with quality and scale services without losing accuracy.

Pay: $8,100.00 - $12,500.00 per month
