Why This Role Matters

We're looking for a working Warehouse Lead to oversee a small team (3 team members), keep operations running smoothly, and ensure our warehouse stays organized, stocked, and job-ready for our field teams.

This is not a desk job-you'll be on the floor, leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a team of 3 warehouse associates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times
• Coordinate material and equipment for daily job needs
• Load/unload trucks and manage incoming shipments
• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels (min/max)
• Verify deliveries, counts, and materials
• Ensure technicians have the parts and equipment they need to succeed
• Identify inefficiencies and improve warehouse processes
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience
• Prior leadership or "lead" experience preferred (even informal)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to stay hands-on and work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in their workspace
