This position will be based in Panama City, FL , with regular travel to Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach , and occasional travel to Tallahassee and Foley, AL .
You'll play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and supporting training initiatives across the company while partnering closely with leadership and the Training Manager.

The Role

You'll play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and supporting training initiatives across the company while partnering closely with leadership and the Training Manager.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and maintain training tracking systems and records
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions across multiple locations
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed
- Partner with the Training Manager to develop and improve training programs
- Ensure completion and compliance of required training for all team members
- Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations company-wide
- Track progress, report on training effectiveness, and identify gaps
- Support onboarding training coordination for new hires
- Assist with logistics (materials, locations, travel coordination, etc.)
- Maintain organization of training resources, documentation, and LMS systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable facilitating or presenting to groups
- Experience with training coordination, HR, or operations support preferred
- Experience with LMS platforms or training tracking systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
