What You'll Do (Residential Service Plumbing)

- Assist with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
- Support plumbers on water heater installs, leak repairs, drain issues, and fixture replacements
- Learn proper diagnostics for home plumbing systems
- Prepare work areas, maintain tools, and load vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and residential building codes
- Document work using ServiceTitan (training provided)
- Develop the skills to advance into a Residential Service Plumber position
What You Bring
We're looking for motivated individuals wanting a career-not just a job:
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a plumbing trade school, HVAC/plumbing program, or construction trades program preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in residential plumbing
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift, crawl, climb, and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-focused attitude
Driving & Safety Standards
- 1–2 years of general driving experience preferred
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, suspensions) in the past 3 years
- Clean and safe driving habits
- Full-time, year-round residential service work
- Paid training and on-the-job learning
- Work alongside licensed plumbers and senior techs
