What You'll Do
As a Residential Electrical Install Lead Technician, you will lead residential installation projects while delivering a professional, five-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
- Install electrical systems, panels, fixtures, wiring, and related components safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Train and mentor install helpers and junior technicians
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain proper truck inventory and equipment organization
- Work closely with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion
What We're Looking For
- Residential electrical installation experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead crews and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
Safe Driving Record Required
Safety matters to us, our employees, and our customers. Qualified candidates will generally meet the following standards:
- Minimum of 3 years of U.S. driving experience
- No major driving violations within the past 3 years
- No recent pattern of moving violations or preventable accidents
