Responsibilities
- Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts
- Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success
- Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects
- Prepares presentation and design drawings and details
- Must be Intermediate level with REVIT software.
- Minimum of 2-3 years or more of experience as Architectural contributor with firm or business producing commercial and municipal related projects.
- Preferred 5 years with progressive growth
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture or related experience
