Seeking an attentive and personable team-player to join our practice as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Decatur office, who will require employee to work on site.

Must be able to fulfill the following duties:
- Assist with patient registration and scheduling
- Support Provider's clinical needs
- Communicate with attorney's office regarding case status and treatment updates
- Ensure necessary forms are completed
- Help facilitate recommended treatment
- Answer emails and phone calls as needed
- Communicate with management on any issues or errors when needed
- Able to take direction and help from other team members, management, and departments
- Personable with patients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Efficient and thorough with documentation and listening
