Primary Responsibilities

• Learning the equipment financing industry from the ground up
• Supporting Senior Management in Portfolio Operations including – Portfolio Management, Legal Documentation, Compliance and Accounting
• Supporting the Sales Team in Closing and Funding transactions
• Supporting Marketing and Business Development in Social Media and Direct Marketing Campaigns

Requirements

• Energetic business professionals with an eagerness to learn and improve
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
• Willingness to learn from failures and desire to improve
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences
• Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Bachelor's degree (preferably from a major in the business field of study)
• Knowledge of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience
