Primary Responsibilities
- Learning the equipment financing industry from the ground up
- Supporting Senior Management in Portfolio Operations including – Portfolio Management, Legal Documentation, Compliance and Accounting
- Supporting the Sales Team in Closing and Funding transactions
- Supporting Marketing and Business Development in Social Media and Direct Marketing Campaigns
Requirements
- Energetic business professionals with an eagerness to learn and improve
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn from failures and desire to improve
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to present information effectively to different audiences
- Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
