- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist guests with special requests, including room changes or additional services.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and overall hotel success.
- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong background in hospitality management and guest relations.
- Experience working at the front desk in a resort or hotel setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
