The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for driving total revenue for the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Plainfield through proactive sales, account development, and relationship management across corporate, group, extended stay, and catering segments.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new business through outside sales efforts, prospecting, and networking

Grow and retain existing accounts while increasing share of wallet and repeat business

Manage group and corporate sales from lead generation through contract execution

Generate catering and event revenue, including upselling and maximizing banquet opportunities

Maintain an active sales pipeline and respond promptly to all leads and RFPs

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capture demand and outperform competitors

Collaborate with property leadership and operations teams to align on revenue strategies

Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals while adhering to brand and company standards
