Position Overview:
Join the team at the brand-new Embassy Suites Beach Resort as a Barista at our in-house Starbucks. In this role, you’ll craft hand-crafted beverages, connect with guests, and create memorable coffee experiences in a beachfront environment that’s as energizing as the espresso.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products to standard
- Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Restock inventory, follow health & safety standards, and support opening/closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Take pride in maintaining Starbucks' brand standards and core values
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is a plus
