Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Sales Executive, located in Eatontown, NJ. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying sales opportunities, and willingness to learn as much as possible from experienced veterans in order to develop your skills and become rich. Key responsibilities include using an automated dialer system making 100's of calls daily to business owners across the country, meet daily activity goals for outbound calls, participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve communication and sales skills, have a strong positive mind-set to deal with rejections in a positive respectful manner, the capability to get to the office 15 minutes early and drive to put in the hard work it is needed now to have a comfortable, rewarding, and extremely lavish career 1-2 years from now.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Time management skills to handle multiple client accounts
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Eagerness to learn about the world of finance & sales
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is advantageous but not required
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Strict discipline to remain focused on goals, be at the office early to prepare, attend non-mandatory meetings, and willingness to do what it takes to develop your skills
• Ability to brush off rejections
• The single most important qualifications is to have a STRONG POSITIVE ATITUDE

We provide a small salary to begin with a long with multiple bonus opportunities while training. Once you develop into a broker you will earn commission only! That's when you get to the big leagues and start building your empire.
