As a sales and development firm, our mission is to ensure customers are confident about their home connectivity experience. The Entry Level Sales Associate will then deliver dependable support, patient sales explanations, and thoughtful follow-through when customers have questions about their service.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will represent Verizon FiOS by interacting with customers to provide expert support for their internet setup. The Entry Level Sales Associate drives sales growth by identifying customers who need a more reliable connection for streaming. By offering personalized support, the Entry Level Sales Associate builds the trust necessary to close high-value sales deals.
Role Requirements for an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Engage with customers personally to discuss their internet usage and recommend appropriate Verizon FiOS plans, balancing support with sales
- Provide accurate information about Verizon FiOS internet services and promotions, highlighting how they can enhance the customer's experience.
- Assist customers with service inquiries and troubleshoot common internet issues, offering effective solutions or escalating as needed.
- Identify opportunities for service upgrades or additional features that could benefit the customer, ensuring a smooth transition from support to sales
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Verizon FiOS internet service, making the sales process informative and helpful.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns, reinforcing the support aspect of the role.
