Duties
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred (education, communications, marketing, or related fields).
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, enrollment, or customer service; experience in education or nonprofits preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Comfortable engaging with parents, teachers, community leaders, and attending events.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
Commitment to the mission, values, and culture of a Christian school.
Familiarity with FACTS software or another student information system is a plus.

Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with internal school programs, including our Early Childhood Centers, to encourage referrals.
- Develop partnerships with local sports teams, community organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, and other schools.
- Solicit and manage parent referrals and alumni networks to generate leads.
- Attend community events and outreach opportunities to promote the school.
- Track, follow up, and report on prospective student inquiries and referrals.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing team members to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Assist families throughout the enrollment process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Plan school events to help with retention and recruitment
- Work with FACTS software to manage accounts and Google Docs to maintain alumni records
