Residential/Recovery Residence Coordinator
Peachford Hospital will soon be opening an off-site residence to support the needs of our adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. In preparation for the launch of this new and exciting program, we are looking to add the following new positions to our team.

Peachford Hospital has a 50 year tradition of providing the best in behavioral health and addictive disease treatment. We are located in the beautiful Dunwoody neighborhood of Atlanta and offer inpatient acute care, as well as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
Our partial hospitalization programs are designed specifically those seeking addictive disease and behavioral health services on an outpatient basis. Virtual IOP programs are also available.

- Lead Residential Care Coordinator: Monday – Friday 3pm -11pm
- Residential Care Associate: Monday – Thursday 11pm-9am
- Residential Care Associate: Saturday & Sunday 1pm-11pm
- Residential Care Associate: Friday – Sunday 11pm-9am

- Perform regular safety checks on patients.
- Perform ground and room safety checks throughout shift.
- Process new intakes and discharging patients.
- Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments.
- Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living and administer UDS

- High School Diploma. A bachelor’s degree in a social services field is helpful.
- Previous experience working with addictive disease and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group-home or half-way house setting.
- A valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear driving record.
