Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Manage phone systems, including routing calls and taking messages.
- Utilize DocuSign to process and manage electronic documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment and daily appearance.
-Trustworthy, reliable, dependable self starter with "Get-the-Job-Done" motivated mindset.
-Be on-call and accessible for operational manager for the duration of projects.
-Act as liaison between company and client, with effective communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and data entry tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
-Fluent in Spanish, a plus, not necessarily a requirement
-Be in possession of valid driver's license
-Must own reliable and insured vehicle (preferably truck, van or suv) for transporting inventory to and from storage or clients address if needed.
*This is a hands on position. Do not apply if you are not into pulling your weight and getting the work done. Becoming a part of a staging and cleaning service team can require some manual labor and duties.
