Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children with disabilities, and a commitment to improving quality of life through clinical expertise and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Design, oversee, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients’ families and caregivers to update progress, provide training, and support ongoing treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals in school settings to integrate behavioral interventions within academic environments.
  • Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and organizational policies.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and principles.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong background in behavior intervention strategies tailored for children with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Experience working within school environments is highly desirable.
  • Compassionate approach combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt interventions based on individual needs and progress data.
