This is hands-on, patient-centered work where your presence matters.
- Help patients with day-to-day care like bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Take vital signs and notice changes, then speak up so patients get what they need quickly
- Support safe movement: walking, repositioning, getting in and out of bed
- Be a steady, reassuring presence for patients and families
- Keep rooms stocked and ready so care runs smoothly
- Document what you see and do, so the care team stays aligned
- Jump in where needed; each day may look different in the Float Pool

- Active Washington State CNA certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire
- At least 1 year of CNA experience (SNF, hospital, or similar setting)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A genuine interest in patient care and comfort
