  • Join a collaborative team culture where nurses, providers, and caregivers support one another and celebrate shared success.
  • Grow your career within a respected healthcare system that invests in caregiver development, education, wellbeing, and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Nursing Float Pool, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care throughout the hospital while working alongside experienced nursing teams.

You will:

  • Support patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and daily comfort needs.
  • Help patients safely move, walk, transfer, and maintain mobility.
  • Take and document vital signs and other patient care observations.
  • Monitor patients and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Assist with treatments and basic clinical procedures within CNA scope of practice.
  • Measure and document intake, output, and other patient information.
  • Keep patient rooms stocked, safe, and ready for care.
  • Provide emotional support and a reassuring presence for patients and families.
  • Assist with unit support tasks, including communication, documentation, and coordination of care.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire, issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • At least one year of CNA experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment while providing compassionate patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent acute care or hospital CNA experience.
  • Comfortable adapting to different patient populations, clinical teams, and care environments.
