We have 2 different schedule options available, based on what works best for your availability:
- Daytime schedule: Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Evening schedule: Every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Every other Saturday/Sunday.
Job Description:
- Job Title: House Manager.
- Reports To: Wisconsin Program Director & Executive Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Provide direct care to the client during all scheduled shifts: medications, meals, dressing, grooming, etc.
- Assist in the supervision of home care staff.
- Assist in creating monthly staff schedules.
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation as needed.
- Provide regular on-call support: via phone call or in-person, as needed for staffing shortages.
- Train and/or direct team members in areas such as challenging behaviors, de-escalation techniques, personal care.
- Inventory/restocking supplies.
- Ensure staff attend all mandatory meetings and trainings.
- Adhere to company COVID standards.
- Make sure the assigned duties of staff are completed.
- Work closely with your supervisor to clearly and promptly communicate any changes to the client's schedule, routine, behaviors, care plan, etc.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Ensure the home is kept clean and hygienic throughout and meets state and federal regulations.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Training Requirements:
- Program Manager Training.
- Person-Centered Training.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must pass required background checks.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Access to a personal vehicle that is suitable and safe for clients to be transported in.
- One year of management experience in personal care services or a related field; or, equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
