Responsibilities

- Assist clients in navigating behavioral health and addiction counseling resources, guiding them through treatment plans and recovery strategies.
- Document client interactions accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized recovery plans that address mental health, social needs, and behavioral challenges.
