Duties
- Coordinate home care services by scheduling appointments and managing care plans for patients
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing support, and appointment reminders
- Provide support with medical office operations, including filing, data entry, and patient follow-up
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
- Support the onboarding of new patients by explaining services and answering inquiries
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care continuity
Requirements
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Experience providing medical administrative support or working in a dental or medical office environment is advantageous
