Our growing dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates
- Collect payments and manage patient accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate recall and confirmation calls
- Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
- Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
