What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Support children’s social-emotional growth using positive guidance strategies.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with families through Brightwheel and in person.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Enjoys being active, engaged, and present with children throughout the day.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Meets North Dakota childcare licensing requirements and can pass all required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a Child Development Associate (CDA).
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting.
- Experience with the Nurtured Heart Approach® is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
