Position: Nursing Assistant First and Second shift needed

Job Overview:
Join our healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant/PCA where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. As a Nursing Assistant/PCA, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.
Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist in the maintenance of medical records and documentation.
- Support patients with dementia care needs.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Work in various healthcare settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety measures.
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately in patient interactions.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology.
