Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. knowledge of infection control guidance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established housekeeping protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required or assigned by management.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in healthcare or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in industrial cleaning.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
