Set up : SNF or Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation
Rate: Weekdays $45 Weekends $47
Location - Palo Alto, CA
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelors or masters in Physical therapy Assistant
Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working in SNF setting and experience in Net Health
- New graduates are welcome to apply too
- California state Physical Therapist Assistant License
- CPR Certification
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
