Pay- $1500 - $1600 weekly including stipends
Job Description
As a therapy professional with PDTX Staffing, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting residents’ recovery goals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Our therapy roles are located in supportive senior living communities, including SNF, ALF, ILF, and Memory Care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy sessions based on residents’ care plans.
- Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Promote patient independence and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Active California state license in respective discipline.
- Prior experience in SNF or ALF preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per week
