QA Automation Engineer – Playwright & AI

Required Technical Skills
"The onsite resource should focus more on QA automation framework work and lead
Track 2, with support from the offshore resource".
• Automate approval routing, business rules, notifications, and escalations.
- Integrate approval systems with enterprise applications through REST APls and MCP tools where applicable.
- Develop reusable automation skills or lightweight agents when needed.
- Implement logging, audit trails, access controls, exception handling, and workflow testing.
- Strong experience in QA and software testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for browser automation.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience using AI to generate test cases, test scripts, synthetic test data, or test scenarios.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms and tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of defect management tools such as Jira.
- Experience with cross-browser testing and test execution in different environments.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA automation.
- Experience testing AI-based applications, chatbots, or intelligent automation workflows.
- Understanding of validating AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, hallucinations, and reliability.
