Location: Onsite – West Chester, OH⏱ Shifts:1st Shift: Mon–Thu | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
4th Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
About the Role
We’re seeking skilled TIG Welders to support high‑precision aerospace component repair and manufacturing. You'll join a team known for technical excellence, innovation, and delivering top‑tier workmanship that keeps engines operating safely and efficiently.
As part of the interview process, all candidates will complete a hands-on weld test. Please bring your welding helmet. You will be provided scrap metal to complete a weld, which will be reviewed and scored by the technical team.
What You’ll Do
Perform TIG welding on aircraft component parts ranging from .015"–.120" thickness.
Work from part drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns.
Carry out repetitive welding operations on standard weldments following prescribed procedures.
Ensure work meets inspection and testing requirements.
Complete required documentation to track parts throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
3 years of TIG welding experience in a production or repair environment; aerospace preferred.
Proven experience welding exotic metals.
Ability to read and interpret complex operation sheets and instructions.
Proficiency with math: fractions, decimals, percentages, and basic calculations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical welding training highly preferred.

Pay Details: 24.08 to 27.69 per hour
