Pay Rate: Starting at 44.22/hour

Your Impact
As a Test & Evaluation Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in validating engineering designs and ensuring systems perform as intended. From developing test procedures to analyzing performance data, your work will directly influence the quality and safety of advanced aviation technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate engineering designs
- Define test configurations, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
- Assist in the design of component and sub-assembly hardware/software
- Coordinate the manufacture and assembly of test hardware
- Analyze and review test data for accuracy, quality, and fidelity
- Identify and escalate off-nominal results to senior engineers
- Prepare test reports and debrief materials for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support program and project milestones
- Apply lessons learned to continuously improve testing processes
- Contribute to technical design reviews and engineering documentation
What You BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of electrical design experience
- Familiarity with MS Visio, Zuken, or similar drafting tools
- Knowledge of instrumentation sensors and data acquisition systems
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Understanding of electromagnetic interference (EMI)
- Experience with wire design and installation
- Ability to analyze measurement data
- Knowledge of PLC systems and closed-loop control
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
- Exposure to systems engineering principles
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and National Instruments (NI) hardware
