Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid - required to be onsite 1 week every month

Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift 7AM-5PM 9x80

Pay Rate: 67.94 to 84.93 per hour

About the Role
As a Project Planner Scheduler, you'll lead and coordinate integrated project schedules, manage change-driven activities, and support key program initiatives in the aerospace industry. You'll be central to analyzing impacts, assessing risk, and guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, integrate, and maintain complex project plans and schedules

• Lead studies and analysis including trend, variance, and risk impact assessments

• Support product development, process improvements, and production strategies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to define objectives and ensure alignment

• Facilitate project integration, baseline management, and best practices

• Travel to Oklahoma City one week per month (travel expenses covered)

Qualifications You’ll Need
Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling

• Proficient in Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Excel

• Strong background in value management

• Willing to travel domestically as required

Preferred:

• Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs

• Familiarity with 9x80 work schedules and hybrid collaboration models

Pay Details: 67.94 to 84.93 per hour
