Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire an experienced EACS Operations Lead. In this critical leadership role, you will drive operational performance, ensure quality and compliance, and align cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Your ability to anticipate challenges, solve complex problems, and lead with clarity will directly support mission-critical aerospace programs.
What You’ll Do
As an EACS Operations Lead, you will take ownership of operational execution and continuous improvement by:
- Championing a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all operations
- Collaborating with Program Managers to ensure clear communication on manufacturing plans and performance
- Driving rapid resolution of quality, supply chain, and operational issues
- Partnering with site operations to develop inventory strategies and production schedules aligned with demand and capacity
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to operational performance
- Facilitating closure of Supplier Requests for Information (SRI) and First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Supporting Last Time Buy (LTB) and material substitution efforts to ensure component availability
- Contributing to the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) process
- Leading rate readiness assessments and driving action plans to ensure production capacity
- Collaborating with Product Line Teams to align labor, equipment, and tooling with demand forecasts
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
- Background in Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, including new product introduction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage complex operational challenges and drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes
- Strong customer relationship management and issue resolution experience
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-performance aerospace or manufacturing environments

Pay Details: 38.93 per hour
